Design Research On Several Issues Based On Baiwanzhuang Community Transformation

Danwei old community is the Danwei community which housing monomer and living environment to produce “comprehensive old”.It reflects the social characteristics and residential forms of our planned economy,including a wealth of community memory and historical relics,possessing great social value and economic benefits.Affected by Soviet Union in the early stage of new China,the Danwei old community mainly refers to the planning organization developed by the State or Danwei,integrating with residential,schools,commercial and supporting facilities.Through scientific design research,the paper aims to continue its historical and cultural characteristics,to enhance its quality of living environment and to create a diversified residential structure and community functions,which is not only the inherent demand of Danwei community transformation but also the inevitable trend of urban renewal.The paper briefly introduces the research object and defines its concept at first.Afterwards,based on a retrospection into its evolution and classification,the paper summarizes its six main features of urban location,planning layout,residents' structure,residential construction,public facilities and space environment.Then,the paper assesses the present value and problem of representative cases,putting forward six design points of Danwei community transformation,embodied in the contextual continuity,scenic protection,residents' mixed,housing reconstruction,public facilities' renovation and space environmental improvement.The six design points above are then subdivided to construct an array of typical design patterns/modes of Danwei community transformation,after which a series of representative precedents with remarkable influences are placed into the research framework to address the interplay between various design points and to summarize the design strategy.The discussion here sheds light on design methods in the subject application.In the Baiwanzhuang community transformation subject,the author firstly introduces the research background,and then investigates the community on six main features in the previous summary.On the basis of the organic renewal of the city,the adjustment of the regional industrial structure and the regeneration of the existing space,the paper put forward the design strategy and decomposes the design work into several design points,through comprehensive consideration of influence between which,the final design solution is deduced deeply.The Baiwanzhuang subject confirms the relevance and efficacy of the paper's work methods,giving references to the design of Danwei community transformation.
