The Research On The Development Strategy Of Guangxi Airport Manangement Group

Most of China's large airport management group set up about 10 years or so,the development of the airport group are gropeing forward.With the rapid economic development of Guangxi,the passenger throughput of the airport shows a rapid growth trend.Guangxi Airport Management Group is facing better opportunities and challenges.How to grasp the development direction of the Group and maintain its healthy and sustainable development are the key issues at this stage.This article uses a series of analysis methods of strategic management to systematically analyze the external environment and its own internal resources that the Group faces and proposes a new strategic system and specific strategic objectives to provide reference for the sustainable development of Guangxi Airport Group.This article takes Guangxi Airport Management Group as the research object,analyzes its internal resources and environment such as business operations,human resources and financial status through IFE matrix,and then uses PEST analysis method and Porter five forces model to analyze the political,economic,social,Market and other external environment,and then integrated various factors,the use of EFE matrix into the evaluation of the environment for comprehensive evaluation.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the internal and external environment,SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively consider the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the environment inside and outside the Guangxi Airport Management Group,and to extract the overall strategy of the group:Guangxi Airport Management Group To create an airport operator for China's central and western regions as well as Southeast Asian countries to enter the best transfer station in China,and analyze specific strategies in terms of business scale,business portfolio,functional management and transformation and development.Finally,according to the results of the above strategic analysis,we propose strategies to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy of Guangxi Airport Management Group from the aspects of system,organization,culture,human resources and finance so as to ensure the implementation and promotion of the strategic objectives of development.The innovation of this paper lies in that based on the theory and tools of strategic management,using the research methods of combining theoretical analysis and practice,starting from the domestic and international market demands,this paper focuses on establishing a suitable development strategy for Guangxi Airport Management Group,Airport group strategic management to provide some reference,and for the development of other similar domestic airport strategic planning to provide reference.
