In today's global economic integration,the development of enterprises has been separated from the development mode of fortune and couple.With the rapid development of global economy,it is particularly important for enterprises to establish good forward-looking strategic planning and management.This paper briefly describes the concept of strategic management theory and its background and evolution process,and analyzes the development of the group company with the idea of strategic management,so as to provide some guidance for the continuous growth of the group.Guangxi GuiGang Construction group co.LTD.(Referred to as GuiJian Group)was founded in 2012 by the original of the guangxi zhuang autonomous region guigang city construction engineering company through increase endowment spread,the company was established in April 1955,GuangXi is the earliest approved one of the first-rank housing construction general contracting enterprises,and in the fierce competitive environment to gain an advantage is the enterprise's current strategic goal.Based on the data provided by the company,this paper analyzes the current external environment of the group and the internal resources of the group.In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to propose the strategy of centralized and diversified development.This paper puts forward the specific formulation and implementation of the company's strategy,including the company's brand strategy,core competitiveness strategy,talent strategy,etc.,which provides a strong support for the company to achieve the strategic objectives,and finally puts forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy,so as to ensure that the enterprise can better implement the strategy.
