At present,macro-economy in China is in a period of great adjustment in the development pattern.The development of economy has been reduced from high speed to medium high speed.The domestic construction industry has been into the transformation and upgrading and reform and development period of strategic opportunities.Facing with the industry environment that has undergone profound changes,constriction enterprises should formulate a scientific development strategy and steadily promote its implementation,which is the key to maintain competitive advantages,consolidate market positions and achieve high-quality development.Taking EJ Company,a large-scale local state-owned construction enterprise,as an example,through the analysis of its internal and external development environment,this article summarizes and matching analysis of the development opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of EJ company,finally chooses related diversification,vertical integration strategy and differentiation competitive strategy as EJ company's overall development strategy.Based on this,this paper also formulates six measures for EJ Company,which includes comprehensively strengthening Party organization construction,improving organization management level,strengthening enterprise risk prevention and control,strengthening talent team training,maintaining scientific and technological innovation strength,and expanding enterprise brand influence,to ensure the implementation of corporate strategy.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the construction industry of our country is in the period of strategic opportunities for development,EJ company needs to make sufficient preparations to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges;Secondly,EJ company's internal environment is relatively strong,but it still needs to strengthen capacity-building,further develop its own advantages and overcome the shortcomings of development;Thirdly,EJ company should base itself on the development strategy to promote business diversification.Fourthly,for EJ company,differentiation strategy is the most suitable competitive strategy.Fifthly,EJ company needs to strengthen the construction of Party organization in six aspects to ensure the implementation of development strategy.
