Logistics industry,as an important basic industry supporting China’s industrial development,plays an irreplaceable role in China’s social and economic development.aviation logistics has become a key link in the logistics system due to its short delivery time and convenience.In recent years,viewed from the national macro-strategic perspective and the perspective of the its own development,aviation logistics industry is experiencing a new round of great changes.In 2017,with the approval of the State Council and the Central Military Commission,Group S was approved to establish China’s first self-owned E zhou cargo airport,Hubei Province.This paper takes the development strategy of aviation logistics of S Group’s Ezhou cargo airport as the research object,discusses the development direction and strategy choice of the aviation logistics business of S Group’s Ezhou cargo airport through the comprehensive analysis of the external competitive situation and internal resource capacity of the aviation logistics business of S Group,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the business development strategy.This paper analyses the macro environment,the current status of industry,competitive environment which S Group faces by applying strategic analysis methods of PEST,Potter’s Five Forces Model in order to find out the opportunities and threats faced by S Group in developing its aviation logistics business,as well as to know advantages and disadvantages through the analysis of internal environment of its own resources,capabilities.Meanwhile,this paper studies how to do a good job in strategic positioning and strategy implementation in developing aviation logistics business in the future opportunities and challenge by making best use of its advantages and bypass its disadvantages.Through above analysis and research on the internal and external environment of Ezhou cargo airport,this paper proposes S Group should choose the SO industry development strategy with "opportunity" as the strategic guide and draw lessons from the advanced practices and excellent experiences of DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT in order to develop the core strategies for the development of aviation logistics business of S Group’s Ezhou cargo airport and the measures ensuring the implementation of these strategies by "building an aviation logistics industrial park,integrating e-commerce and logistics,and building an ecosystem for logistics".It is hoped that the research results of this paper can be used for reference by S Group and help S Group realize its overall strategic goal of becoming a leading logistics enterprise in China and a first-class logistics enterprise in the world. |
