Research On The Development Strategy Of Airport Airport Industry Of Dalian Airport Group

The concentration of global manufacturing has further increased,and industry concentration has exceeded 50%.The manufacturing industry pays more attention to technology research and development and design,and the focus of competition is gradually concentrated on high value-added links.With the advancement of the globalization process,powerful enterprises have carried out industrial chain layout on a global scale.The electronic information industry is in the stage of industrial transformation and upgrading in the world,and the bio-industry is becoming another new and leading industry in the world economy.The development trend of these industries provides background and demand for the development of Dalian Airport Group's new airport industry.Based on the research background and significance of this paper,the related literature review at home and abroad,and the research content and ideas of the thesis,this paper mainly summarizes the connotation,classification,and the meaning,content and evolution of the strategic management.Lay the theoretical foundation for the thesis.Furthermore,the Dalian Airport Group's global environment and development trends are studied,which provides a basis for the company's development strategy.Then,through the previous part of the environmental analysis of the Dalian Airport Group's development of the airport industry,the Group's plan for developing the airport industry strategy was selected.Finally,through the above analysis results,the strategic measures for the Group's new airport industry strategy are proposed.It also proposes to establish the strategic countermeasures for the new airport in Dalian in the new era of the Bohai Sea airport group competition and development,take the Dalian New Airport as the guide to promote the industrial structure upgrading and transformation of the Liaodong region,establish a regional comprehensive transportation system with the Dalian New Airport as the core and the land and sea.Air multi-modal intermodal transport organization,speed up the construction of complementary route network structure in the Bohai Rim airport system with Dalian New Airport as the support point,and actively promote the "Hong Kong-made city"airport industry and urban interactive development of Dalian New Airport area Safety precautions.
