Study On The Renewal And Development Of Traditional Blocks In Norther N Towns

Huanggutun traditional block in Longhua County is the most historic blocks in exis ting blocks of Longhua County.It left only a traditional commercial street of Longhua C ounty,and has a high historical and cultural value research.The overall landscape of the block now runs counter to the rapid development of the city,at the same time,due to th e existing dilapidated residential style factors in the neighborhood,this block was define d by the government as a shanty town,and currently faced the issue of updating and dev eloping neighborhoods.Then how to continue the original historical features in the upda te,improve the role of the block in the city's role and economic status,and how to achie ve the sustainable development of the block after the update are problems to be solved.Based on the above research background,this paper selects the area that firstly upd ate in Huanggutun traditional block in Longhua County as the research object.The first two chapters mainly define the research scope and content of research,analyze and inter pret relevant research and cases at home and abroad,and carry out on-the-spot investiga tions for updated regions to understand the overall layout,historical background,and ba sic status quo of blocks,and use these contents as the basis for the renewal and develop ment of blocks.The third chapter elaborates on various aspects of whether the block up date and describes it in detail.In the analysis of the renewal and development issues in t he third chapter,the principle constraints are added to adapt to similar street updates.It has certain theoretical significance.At the same time,it hopes to have a certain referenc e effect on the updated specific design method and theoretical starting point.The fourth,fifth and sixth chapters are the core chapters;The fourth chapter is the content of updat e the design,mainly including the updated method of update area in planning and the up date way of buildings.The chapter 5 puts forward certain ideas on the issues related to t he updated development model,methods of updated areas.and carries out three types of analysis on the updated functional space.In Chapter 6,a general summary of the devel opment of block updates is presented.
