Abstract/Summary:
With the improvement of living standards and the country’s vigorous implementation of the policy of "simultaneous rent and sale",the living style of young people has changed, and renting together has become one of the living styles of young people. However, nowadays, the design of youth shared apartments focuses too much on the physical environment and neglects the protection of the privacy of the living environment, which leads to a decline in overall residential satisfaction. The article takes the current situation of the privacy of youth shared apartments as the starting point and discusses the design strategies to adapt to the privacy of youth shared apartments. This article takes the privacy of youth shared apartments as the research object and uses literature research method, household research method,SPSS factor analysis method, and other research methods to carry out the subject. The literature research method is used to analyze the types of youth shared apartments in the existing market, the degree of privacy of different youth shared apartments, and the development status of the domestic co-rental phenomenon from several perspectives, such as hosting method, distribution method, rental product, spatial level combination, and building unit models.Based on the theoretical analysis of environmental psychology,a questionnaire was designed, and the factor analysis method of SPSS was used to extract the privacy influencing factors of the youth shared apartment, mainly including the privacy influencing factors of the visual environment and the privacy impact of the acoustic environment Factors and factors affecting the privacy of the field;then we pointed out the shortage of privacy design of youth shared apartment at the present stage by combining with household research.Based on the analysis of privacy factors in the previous section,we further studied and pointed out that the privacy factors of the visual environment, acoustic environment, and domain are influenced by the range of human sight, the degree of material obstruction, the size of stimulation source of the acoustic environment, the degree of sound absorption of material, the distance of space, dynamic line, level and boundary relationship respectively. From the perspectives of interior environment design and behavior privacy, the basic composition space of the youth shared apartment and the privacy design content of each space and furniture are further discussed.Combining actual cases,a design strategy for youth shared apartments is proposed from three perspectives:the privacy of the visual environment, the privacy of the acoustic environment, and the privacy of the field.Aiming at the privacy of the visual environment,it is proposed to enhance the occupants’ sense of control over the visual environment, such as using visual information blocking devices such as partitions and green plants to control the opening and closing of the space, thereby protecting the privacy of the visual environment.Aiming at the privacy of the acoustic environment,we propose to achieve the privacy of the acoustic environment by enhancing the sound insulation performance of walls, constructing top surface sound insulation and noise reduction devices, improving the sound insulation performance of doors and windows, and optimizing the floor pavement material.Aiming at the privacy of the domain,it is proposed to use color and establish a spatial information guidance system to clarify the boundaries between the domains from the visual and psychological feelings,to protect the privacy of the domain. Finally, according to the proposed design strategy,a smart living youth shared apartment located in the window of Changsha Greenland was selected for design practice, which effectively demonstrated the feasibility of the theory.
