With the increasing numbers of the tunnel,during the operation of highway tunnels,high electricity and maintenance costs has become huge economic burden to tunnel construction sector;on the other hand,with transportation volume of flammable goods increase,coupled with the quality of the tunnel lighting is generally low,tunnel has already become the high incidence area of traffic accidents.In the tunnel,the fires induced by traffic accidents have wide range of influence,and cause serious losses,the rescue is far more difficult than other traffic section.Luminescent material is a kind of photoluminescence material with high reflectivity,the third generation of luminescent material which use are earth element as activator welcomed the opportunity of development,he third generation of long-lasting phosphor material has better afterglow properties and chemical stability,long-lasting phosphor material which was dominated by silicate and aluminate luminescent materials has been applied in more industries.Luminescent material is a kind of environmental protection material with both beauty and function.As the material of tunnel side wall,luminescent material must have a positive effect on the energy saving and safety of tunnel.This thesis takes the new silicate luminescent materials(Sr2Mgsi2O7:Eu,Dy)as the main object of study,basing on function analysis of luminescent materials used in tunnel,through the storage of light experiment,reflective experiment,fire retardant experiment,study the positive effect of luminescent materials,especially the new silicate luminescent materials on safety,energy saving of tunnel.Finally,based on the experimental data and analysis results,the application requirements and application standards of luminescent materials in tunnel are put forward.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1?Combing with the theoretical investigation,the four main functions of light storage reflective material in tunnel operation are put forward,including the auxiliary lighting function,visual induction function,fire retardant function,emergency rescue function.According to the four functions,respectively,using computer simulation calculation,analysis the auxiliary lighting function of luminescent materials;basing on vision function method,analysis the visual induction function of luminescent materials;combing with the preparation method of luminescent materials,analysis the fire retardant function of luminescent materials;combing with the self luminescence property of luminescent materials,analysis the emergency rescue function of luminescent materials.2.Basing on the function analysis of luminescent materials in tunnel operation.Carried out afterglow luminance experiment,afterglow spectrum experiment,diffuse reflectance experiment,reflective spectrum experiment,fire retardant experiment,and introducing the S/P value as the evaluation index of spectral distribution under mesopic vision.The experimental results show that:Afterglow luminance of luminescent materials after one hour is far higher than the lowest recognition brightness of the human eye(0.32mcd/m2),the afterglow time of luminescent materials under the condition of tunnel is more than 10 hours,besides,the afterglow S/P value of new silicate luminescent materials is higher than the value of aluminates luminescent materials.The reflection spectrum S/P value of the new silicate and aluminates luminescent materials with 80%diffuse reflectance are both higher than those of ceramic tile and cement board under the condition of LED lamp and auto lamp,luminescent materials have obvious improvement effects on the spectrum of the two kinds of light source;although the luminescent materials are noncombustible,the thermal resistance of luminescent materials are poor,the luminescent materials can not meet the standard requirements of the tunnel fire retardant coating.3.On the basis of light storage,light reflective and fire retardant experiment,the application requirements and application standards of luminescent materials in tunnel are put forward.Including brushing method,coating thickness,selection of uxiliary material,application area of tunnel.
