Study On The Disaster Emergency Rescue Methods Of The Highway Bridge And Tunnel

When the sudden disaster takes place on the bridge and tunnel of highway,since the space is narrow,the rescue vehicles are difficult to go through,it greatly increases the difficulty for vehicle to evacuate and for rescuer to rescue.And then it will cause more serious loss of life and property.In order to solve this problem,this paper researched the emergency rescue method of highway bridge and tunnel according to these characteristics.In order to decrease the loss of life and property with Scientific and reasonable method and timely rescue after the sudden disaster takes place.This paper mainly completed the following aspects of content:1.The highway tunnel(bridge)sudden disasters are analyzed from discussing of event classification,characteristics,and the causation.2.On the basis of analyzing of the sudden disaster,given a method of sudden disaster emergency disposal institutions setting up and handling process.According to the sudden disaster accident emergency plan control model design principles,built a quantitative model for emergency relief supplies.3.Controlling strategy and the rescue method are studied of highway tunnels and Bridges respectively after emergency happened.Traffic accidents,fires and dangerous goods leakage control strategy was studied under three kinds of accidents on tunnels,and actual example analysis is carried out base on Jinan,Shandong province.Dividing the events into two types of causing no bridge structure change and the change of bridge structure,and actual example analysis is carried out base on the third bridge of Yellow River.
