With the development of highway tunnel construction in China,tunnel traffic safety and tunnel lighting energy saving have become important research topics.This article starts with the tunnel sidewall,pavement materials and lighting system,using fireproof paint mixed with glass beads,waste tempered glass sand,and light-colored stone,systematically develop the tunnel sidewall and road paving materials component design performance indicators and energy-saving effect evaluation,also propose a plan for applying paving materials.Reading and studying through relevant literature with test analysis and research.The fireproof coating used on the sidewall mainly analyzes and evaluates its fire resistance and bonding performance.The test results show that after 25% glass beads are added to the coating heat insulation filler,the fire resistance time of the coating can reach 157 min,and the bonding strength is 0.81 Mpa,which meets the fire resistance time and bonding strength requirements of the tunnel sidewall for the coating.In AC-13 type SBS asphalt mixture,glass aggregates and light-colored stones of different proportions and different particle sizes are used to replace the corresponding part of the aggregate embedding,and its road performance is studied.The test results show that the performance of light-colored stones for paving and paving is better than that of glass aggregates,with the water stability,slip resistance and cohesiveness of asphalt mixtures mixed with glass aggregates are reduced to a certain extent.The tunnel model is used to measure the brightness and illuminance of different paving materials in the proposed lighting environment,and calculate their average brightness,illuminance,reflection coefficient and conversion coefficient,and study and analyze the energy-saving effect of bright-colored paving materials.The calculation and analysis show that under the same lighting system conditions,the improvement effect of the average brightness and reflection coefficient of the bright-colored paving materials is more obvious,and the average illuminance changes less.The energy-saving effect of embedded glass aggregate on the road is better than that of light-colored stone,and the energy-saving effect is significant.This article relies on the scientific research project of Taifeng Highway Construction Management Office of Shaanxi Provincial Expressway Group.Comprehensively use the performance indicators of the side wall fire retardant coatings and the road performance of each embedding scheme of the pavement and the final energy-saving effect.It is proposed to mix 25% glass microspheres as heat insulation fillers in the sidewall fire retardant coatings.The pavement uses SBS asphalt mixture to replace the corresponding part of the aggregate and embedded 15% waste tempered glass sand with a particle size of 2.36mm~4.75 mm as an energy-saving tunnel paving material,and this scheme is used to study and evaluate the energy-saving effect of the tunnel.
