With the rapid development of China's economy,the country has strengthened the construction of highways in remote areas,which has made our road network more perfect.Because of the complex and mountainous features of some areas,the highway tunnel can overcome the bad terrain and shorten the mileage of highways,and has been widely used in highway construction.The increase of highway tunnel leads to the increase of energy consumption in tunnel operation and the lighting system is the most important expenditure,which is the one of the largest energy consumption systems in tunnel construction.It plays very important practical significance in reduction of illumination consumption in tunnel.Based on the analysis of the methods adopted in the tunnel energy-saving lighting in recent years,three aspects are selected to study the tunnel energy-saving lighting methods.First of all,the influence of tunnel decoration materials on energy-saving lighting was considered,and the interior material considering the wall materials while ignoring the effect of ceiling materials on energy-saving lighting was studied.The effect of material on ceiling to the tunnels on the brightness through conditions like model of fixed material of tunnel wall,road condition,light type and relevant layout is analyzed by adopting the method of controls parameter.The results show tunnel ceiling materials with different reflection coefficients have different influences on various sections of tunnel energy-saving lighting.Secondly,the influence of tunnel lighting layout on energy-saving lighting was considered,the parameter optimization model central side bias light mode in the tunnel middle section was set up by taking lighting layout as optimized object,minimum total power of lighting as evaluation criterion and pavement illumination lighting requirements as constraint condition.Meanwhile,the model was solved by using genetic ant colony algorithm.First,genetic algorithm is utilized to achieve initial solution set,which should be transformed into initial information element that's required by ant colony algorithm.Then,based on strengths of the ant colony algorithm like positive and negative feedback,self-adaptation and high convergence,a most optimizing solution shall be gained,and that's the best layout of lighting equipment.In the final,as per DIALux software,result should be verified,implicating that a rational layout of light is able to effectively reduce illumination consumption in tunnel.Finally,the highway tunnel lighting management system was developed and designed by using.NET platform,and the brightness of the tunnel in different lighting sections was dynamic adjusted with the methods of fuzzy control.The data of brightness and traffic flow information outside the cave was collected and send to the data management platform at first time.Then,the brightness in the cave was calculated and compared to the real-time collected.Based on the output result of fuzzy control,the goal of energy-saving is achieved by adjusting the electric current of the lamps with dimmer board.Based on simulation analysis of Tianhengshan tunnel,the research is carried out with high voltage sodium lamp and LED lamp set in each section of the tunnel,and energy consumption generated by each section is compared.The results show that intelligent control mode featuring fuzzy control can effectively reduce energy consumption of tunnel under different light sources.
