Currently,people’s living standards and quality of life have been greatly improved,and their spending power has also increased a lot.But at the same time,there has also been tremendous psychological pressure.People have generally recognized this problem and actively sought ways to relieve pressure.Tourism has undoubtedly become the best way to relax.However,traditional tourism methods have many drawbacks,such as: many people,inconvenience to travel and so on.Therefore,as a new type of tourism,RV tourism is gradually emerging.The tourism approach combines tourism and life closely and is widely loved by the public.As a new form of leisure travel,the state and the government are paying more and more attention to self-driving tour and RV camping.Since 2013,the government has given a lot of policy protection to promote the development of RV tourism.In addition to,China’s stable social environment also provides basic guarantees for RV travel.At the same time,better social benefits such as insurance,medical care,and schooling also solve the worries of RV consumption.In general,the RV market has ample room for development,whether in policy support,social environment or industrial environment.Facing new market opportunities,Yutong RV Group needs to formulate a scientific and rational development strategy in order to seize the opportunity to win in the competition.This article first introduces the research background and significance,research purpose and content,research methods and innovation points in the introduction part.Secondly,this article reviews the strategic management theory and the development strategy of the RV market,and sorts out the research ideas and lays the theoretical foundation.Then,from the macro environment and industry environment,this paper studies the external environment of the Yutong RV business unit,and analyzed its internal environment through the introduction of Yutong Group’s internal resources,capabilities and development status.Then,this paper conducts SWOT analysis according to the internal and external environment.Then the company’s development strategy is developed,and as a guide,this paper elaborates the company’s business strategy and functional strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s various strategies,this paper proposes safeguard measures to implement the strategy from the aspects of organization,system,talents,and funds.Finally,the paper summarizes the main research conclusions and points out the existing deficiencies and future research directions.
