With the development of our country’s economy,the real estate industry has made great strides,in the meantime,people’s living standard has been raised widely,they pursuing high comfort and individualized living conditions,and the improvement of the living environment through the renovation of the house decoration has become more and more popular.At present,the uptrend development of interior decoration market in our country is quite promising,interior decoration becomes a very dynamic new industry.However,considering the differences between different consumers in their respective requirements of living environment,layered consumption level,diversified aesthetic standards,plus interior decoration is a new industry in our country,compared to some developed countries,in the field of professional technology,industry marketing,service and management theory,we are still in a relatively weak stage,interior decoration industry also faces a variety of problems in future development.This paper adopts The Five-force Model and SWOT analysis method,analyzes the relative advantages and disadvantages of YP decoration,as well as the opportunities and challenges YPdecoration faces in the Suzhou market,so as to determine strategic direction and mission of YP decoration,its enterprise vision,formulate its overall strategic goal,company level strategic choice,business combination strategy,and basic competition strategy.In view of the opacity of the value chain in traditional decoration enterprises and the information asymmetry caused by the operating model of traditional decoration enterprises,as well as the disadvantages of the high cost,low value and low customer satisfaction compared to the high decoration cost input by customers,also the complexity and long term decoration progresses and the excessive energy invested by customers in this period,whereas the quality of construction cannot be guaranteed.In conjunction with its own reality,YP Decoration have formulated the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy from all aspects out of the value chain,to separate marketing,design and construction management from each other,to create a dedicated Joint-Designer-Resource-Sharing-Platform and a Professional-Construction-Management-Company,in the meantime to introduce advanced European Standard Materials and Construction Processes,strengthening Engineering Management and Professional Skills and conducting Technical Training of direct construction teams,breaking the information asymmetry between traditional decoration enterprises and customers by optimizing the adjusted overall value chain.Each segment works with the greatest efficiency and profit output,make professional people do professional things,thus realizing the max value and max profits forboth YP Decoration Company and its customers.
