| In recent years,China’s economy has maintained steady development,but the growth rate has gradually slowed down.Under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the changing international situation,China has proposed a new direction for economic development: first,it no longer advocates high growth and pays more attention to the quality of economic development;Second,under the circumstances of carbon emissions,global economic downturn,big power game and so on,"domestic and foreign dual circulation" has been proposed.The construction industry has always been an important support for the national economy and is directly affected by economic changes.Although the total output value of the construction industry is increasing year by year,the growth rate is also decreasing year by year,but showing a weak development trend.The overall technology content of the construction industry is not high,the competition is extremely fierce,and the homogeneous competition is obvious.The healthy development of construction enterprises is difficult to sustain.As one of the large number of construction enterprises,KG Group western company(hereinafter referred to as "western company")is also facing the dilemma of scale development and efficiency improvement.Before 2016,the main business of western company was relatively single,focusing on steel structure manufacturing and installation.Since 2017,the company has gradually expanded its business scope,widely participated in construction general contracting,EPC,PPP and other types of businesses,and gradually opened up a situation in the target area.Up to now,there are still bottlenecks in the scale expansion and efficiency improvement of western company.Thesis will take the western company as the research object,apply relevant strategic management tools to study it,and objectively analyze the development situation and development strategy of the western company.First of all,it analyzes the economic situation,industrial policies,labor force,construction technology,suppliers,owners,existing competitive enterprises,potential peer enterprises,alternative technologies or products of the western company,and comprehensively ummarizes the key factors of opportunities and threats which affecting the western conpany.Using the EFE matrix to systematically evaluate these key factors,it is concluded that the western company has a better response to the external environment.Secondly,from the technical ability,manufacturing capacity,operation capacity,talent team,information management and other aspects,combined with the basic situation of western company,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the company systematically.Combined with the IFE matrix to evaluated the key factors,and come to a conclusion that the western company is in a strong state.Then,based on the external and internal environment key factors,evaluated the company from the four aspects of "SO,ST,WO and WT" through SWOT qualitative analysis.Combined with the evaluation results of EFE matrix and IFE matrix on opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses,the SWOT strategic quadrangle is drawn to match the strategy of Western companies,and the strategic direction of "so" is obtained.Finally,based on the above conclusions,thesie formulates the strategic goal of "becoming a competitive construction industrialization enterprise" for the western company,and subdivides it into specific main goals such as "an enterprise with strong industrial influence,strong innovation ability,strong core competitiveness and strong innovation ability",and disassembles each main goal in detail,and then puts forward targeted implementation guarantees. |
