The Prefabricated Construction(PC) Quality Management Of The Constructing Phases For Nanjing Wanke Shangfang Security Housing

As our country’s social economy continues to develop and goes into new normal stage,the construction industry is also facing new opportunities.During the new stage,higher requests are being raised to the construction industry by the residents.The traditional monolithic reinforced concrete construction’s disadvantages of high consuming,serious pollution,long construction period and uncontrollable quality can’t adjust to the requests of the new situation,and needs to be updated.By contrast,the prefabricated constructions(PC)’s advantages are emerging because of its production mode of short construction period,less pollution,less cost and energy and resource savings.Presently,the country is beginning to learn and develop the new PC’s production mode,and set up experimental units,preparing to promote it in a large scale.However,during the procedure,the quality of the PC is not in its perfection,and needs to be further enhanced.Quality is a project of vital and lasting importance.This article will take Nanjing Wanke Shangfang security housing as an entry spot and its constructing phases as the principal line to study the quality management of the constructing phases,and put forward the detailed comment,come up with the improving model and measures for the quality management,in order to enhance the level of the PC quality management in its constructing phase.Firstly,the features of the traditional quality management and the constructing procedure,existing problems are introduced,then the constructing phases of the PC are divided.On this base,the traditional PDCA circle for quality management is introduce to the constructing phase of the PC quality management,which combines the traditional quality management methods and the new type PC,which has a result of directing the PC quality management by the traditional quality management mode.On this foundation,this article will take the PDCA circle as the main method,studying the project by planning,doing,checking and acting.In the planning,the quality management principles will be confirmed as well as the joints of the quality management;In the doing,the PC’s construction-preparing phase,the prefabricated parts suppling phase,the prefabricated parts installing phase and management coordinating phase are proposed as the basic line to discuss the quality management,all kinds of quality measures are emphasized;In the checking,the PC quality affecting elements are analyzed during the constructing phases based on the basic principles of the AHP-fuzzy sets;In the acting,the existing problems during the constructing phases will be improved specifically on the work of the checking circle,in the same time,the simplex method will be used to establish the improving model based on the mathematic method of linear programming,which has a great theoretical meaning of directing for the PC quality management.This article includes a very thorough study and detailed conclusions for the quality management of all constructing phases for the PC,at the same time,quantized analysis is also used in the mathematic model.This method of combining quality management and quantized analysis will have the affection of being used for reference to the PC quality management.
