| In the era of the continuous transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,the promotion of the development of prefabricated buildings has become a national strategy,and it has become an important starting point for the country to promote the transformation and upgrade of the construction industry towards standardization,industrialization,refinement and intelligentization.At present,the Ministry of Housing and Construction and other local construction authorities have issued corresponding supporting measures to actively promote the development of prefabricated buildings,among which prefabricated concrete buildings have received more and more attention.As a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building form,prefabricated concrete buildings quickly entered the market and led the construction industry to a new chapter.Because there are many differences from the traditional construction mode,the construction quality of prefabricated concrete buildings has always been the focus of attention of all parties in the society,and the original quality evaluation system of cast-in-situ concrete buildings is no longer applicable to the construction quality of prefabricated concrete buildings.Evaluation.Therefore,it is of great research significance to establish a scientific and reasonable prefabricated building construction quality evaluation system.Based on this,this paper mainly conducts the following research:First,it analyzes the theoretical progress and practical exploration of construction quality of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad.After combing the concept,process flow and main characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings,it explores related theories such as construction quality evaluation and cloud models.In order to lay the research foundation for this article.Secondly,combined with the construction process of prefabricated concrete buildings,an evaluation index system was constructed.The basic ideas and basis for selecting the construction quality evaluation index were clarified.The construction quality evaluation index system was divided into three layers: the target layer,the criterion layer,and the index layer.The different construction stages were divided as the main basis for the establishment of the criterion layer,and the construction was studied.The influencing factors of the quality evaluation at each stage to determine the specific evaluation indicators,combined with expert questionnaires,screenedthem,and finally completed the reasonable establishment of the evaluation index system.Thirdly,the construction quality evaluation model of prefabricated concrete building was established.After explaining the overall idea of the evaluation model,the calculation methods of various index weights were compared,and the AHP method(The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and OWA operator(ordered weighted averaging)(Translated into ordered weighted arithmetic average operator,referred to as OWA operator)to determine the comprehensive weight of the index;and with the help of relevant knowledge of cloud model theory,a construction quality evaluation standard was constructed.Finally,an empirical study was carried out using the prefabricated building project of the Times in Wangcheng District,Changsha City as an example.The research results show that the evaluation results made on the project according to the evaluation model established in this paper are basically in line with the actual situation of the project,which proves that the evaluation model has good effectiveness and practicality. |
