Research On Optimization Of Construction Quality Management System Of Prefabricated Building Project

The development of prefabricated buildings(PBs)is critical to promote the supply side structural reform.On the one hand,PBs can improve the quality and performance of affordable housing and meet the demand of people’s consumption upgrading;on the other hand,PBs can shorten the construction period,reduce construction costs and save resources,which is in line with the requirements of Green China strategy.According to the announcement of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of China,the target of more than 30% of the total construction area of PBs in the new housing construction area in2020 has been achieved.However,there are still some problems in the process of construction quality management of PBs in China,which hinder the further popularization and development of PBs.The paper comprehensively introduces the characteristics of prefabricated building,the concept of construction quality,introduces the relevant theories of total quality management,and summarizes that the quality management system of "all-round,whole process,full participation" can be applied to the quality management of prefabricated building construction.First of all,in order to further clarify the practical problems in the construction quality management process of prefabricated building,taking the management system of X prefabricated building residential project as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the construction quality management process.Secondly,using expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Project X construction quality.From the three processes of prefabricated building construction preparation,construction process,deviation correction and finished product protection,this paper analyzes the "all-round" management of prefabricated building construction from five dimensions of personnel,machinery,materials,methods and environment,and defines the influencing factors of construction quality management.Thirdly,through the application of AHP method,the importance of influencing factors of construction quality management is studied and analyzed.The results show that no matter in which construction stage,personnel,materials and methods are the most noteworthy issues in the construction quality management of prefabricated building of Project X,and for the three construction stages,the construction preparation stage is the most important.Finally,according to the important influencing factors obtained from the analysis,the paper puts forward the system optimization suggestions of "one-time optimization" for the construction quality management of Project X,that is,to establish the comprehensive quality management theory,and strengthen the improvement of the construction quality management of X prefabricated building residential project from each construction stage.Considering that people are the main body of all kinds of construction quality control activities,this study emphasizes the construction quality management of Project X by all stakeholders involved in prefabricated construction in the full text analysis,which is not only in line with the requirements of total quality management,but also coincides with the "personnel problem is the most important construction quality management factor of Project X" proposed in this paper.Taking the construction quality management of Project X as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction quality management,determines the factors in the formation process of the construction quality of PBs based on the total quality management theory,obtains the important influencing factors by using AHP analysis,and puts forward some optimization suggestions for the management system of the important influencing factors,so as to achieve "Success at First Attempt".The establishment of one-time excellent management system can provide reference for the construction quality management of other prefabricated construction projects in China.
