After more than 30 years of reform and opening up,China’s construction industry still belongs to the category of traditional industries,and still has the basic characteristics of backward construction methods and relatively close labor.However,with the gradual disappearance of China’s "demographic dividend",the construction industry has gradually appeared the phenomenon of "labor shortage".In order to adapt to the development of new-type urbanization,industrialization and informatization,implement the concept of green development and realize the needs of building industrialization,China vigorously develops prefabricated residential buildings,but they are still in the transition stage from traditional construction mode to industrial construction mode.There are still many aspects to be improved in terms of construction quality,but there is still a big gap compared with advanced green and low-carbon buildings in the world,and there is still a large space for further development.In order to improve the construction quality management level of prefabricated residential projects,there is no experience accumulated in the implementation of related projects.This paper analyzes and summarizes the experience in HQ prefabricated residential projects.First of all,the quality management system used in the implementation process of HQ assembly project is summarized from four aspects of management measures: the deepening design stage of prefabricated components,production and processing stage,transportation and storage stage and hoisting and installation stage;Secondly,AHP model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are introduced to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of quality management system of HQ prefabricated residential project: The effectiveness of HQ prefabricated residential project quality management system as the research object,which is the decision-making layer,in addition,the criteria layer is used when the implementation of the project involved in the four main stages,specifically including the deepening design of components,production and processing,transportation storage and lifting installation,Finally,twenty factors with different and independent properties affecting each stage were taken as the index layer to construct the hierarchical hierarchical structure model.Then according to the various influence factors of the object of study between the relative important degree grade on the assignment structure judgment matrix,on the basis of the use of SPSSAU software using quantitative and qualitative analysis method of the model levels,calculate the feature vector and weight value,and provide characteristic vector parameter values at the same time draw the largest eigenvalue CI,The consistency of the judgment matrix is tested.On the basis of passing the consistency test,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the evaluation index domain according to the characteristics of the evaluation object,and the fuzzy relation matrix is constructed to carry out the hierarchical evaluation of the evaluation object,and the evaluation conclusion is drawn: HQ project construction quality management is in a good state as a whole.From the perspective of index management in each stage,the application management of information technology in the production and processing stage,transportation and storage stage and hoisting and installation stage of prefabricated components is in a poor state.Optimization suggestions can be put forward for the application of information technology.Finally,on the basis of the effectiveness evaluation of the QUALITY management system of HQ prefabricated residential project,the quality traceability mechanism based on information technology is proposed for the deficiencies: On the one hand,it proposes to establish the information platform of the whole process construction quality management based on BIM technology.In the three stages before,during and after the whole process of prefabricated residential building,different aspects of quality control can be carried out to achieve the construction goals of energy conservation and emission reduction,quality improvement and efficiency improvement of prefabricated residential building.On the other hand,RFID technology is used to supervise and control the quality of prefabricated components in the whole process from production stage,transportation stage,storage stage to installation stage,so as to improve the quality level of prefabricated components.
