Applied Research On Project Quality Management In Prefabricated Building

Assembly architecture means that part or all of the components of the building are separated during the design phase,then produced and processed in the factory,and then transported to the site by appropriate transportation methods.A building in which parts are assembled together using a specific lifting device.Structurally speaking,the architecture is a product of the industrialization of architecture.With the rapid development of construction technology,building houses are made in batches like machine production.In layman's terms,they want to build blocks and put them together in layers.In recent years,the speed of urban construction and development has been accelerating,and higher requirements have been put forward for architectural design and construction progress,and the assembly architecture can just meet the status quo,which has created the basic conditions for the development of assembly architecture in China.Some developed countries in Europe and the United States have developed quite mature,and China's present stage of the application of the assembly architecture is still in the initial stage,which also provides me with a good reference.This paper mainly conducts the following research work:1.Analyzing the development and current situation of the prefabricated building at home and abroad,we can draw a conclusion that there is a relative lack of research on prefabricated building.To determine the direction of this study and the content of the study,the study of the specific route.2.Based on the lack of research on project quality management in prefabricated building,a project quality management system is established by taking an assembly project as an example and according to the theory of quality management.From three aspects of personnel management,system management and technical process management respectively,the project quality management system will be refined and an all-round management network will be established The established management system is applied to the whole process of an assembly project.3,overall statistics under the quality management system,a prefabricated building project from the construction drawings design to the overall construction of the project and later operation period,this series of links during the quality problems.The causes of these quality problems are analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.4.According to the above improvement measures,analyze the missing items in the quality management system,which can further supplement the content of the project management system.The research results can provide reference for similar project management,especially for the establishment and improvement of the integrated project management system in similar economic areas.Figure [12] Table [4] Reference [45]...
