Precast concrete prefab building has been recognized in China by virtue of its short construction period,environmental protection,green,energy saving and other advantages.The number of prefab building projects is also increasing.With the development of prefab projects,the importance of quality management is increasingly highlighted.More and more scholars at home and abroad have been studying the quality management of prefabricated construction projects,and the solution of the related problems can better help the steady development of a country's construction industry.The quality management of prefabricated building engineering is different from the traditional irrigation construction,and every link involved is different.Therefore,it is very necessary to manage the quality management of the four important stages of prefabricated building engineering by scientific and effective methods.At present,scholars have conducted researches on the quality management of a single link of precast concrete prefab building engineering,such as the quality management of the prefab building construction site,and the quality management of the prefab building design deepening by using BIM,etc.,but the quality management of multiple stages is still relatively rare.Four stages in order to ascend A prefabricated construction project quality management and explore the general prefabricated construction project quality management method,aiming at the design stage,prefabricated parts production and processing,and transportation,field construction,and the final completion acceptance stage four stages,such as in stages from "man,machine,material,method,measuring,environment" in six aspects,such as analysis of the factors affecting the quality of A prefabricated construction project,and according to the framework form the point of quality control.Based on this,the quality management status of A prefab construction project is analyzed,and the problems existing in the four stages of quality management,namely,the design stage,the production and transportation stage of prefabricated components,the on-site construction stage and the final completion and acceptance stage,are sorted out.Then,according to the four stages,six aspects of the system framework of A prefab construction project quality management optimization,given the qualitative optimization method and strategy,and the control chart,fishbone chart to discuss the use of quantitative and structural tools for quality optimization control of A prefab construction project.This paper aims at the quality analysis and optimization system and method of A prefab construction project,which is fully recognized by the project management and provides A solid guarantee for the successful implementation of the project.The system and method adopted have a certain universality,which can be popularized and applied to the quality management and optimization control of similar projects,so as to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
