Research On Xiamen ZengCuoAn Renewal Under The Background Of Governance Transformation

With the transition of China's social economy into the "new normal" phase,all aspects of urban governance have changed a lot.At the same time,urban development is gradually changing from incremental development to stock updating.Under this background,the subjects and modes of urban renewal become more and more complex,and various urban renewal practices are carried out in each city.According to the change of city renewal under the background of the transformation of governance,this paper firstly takes Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen as an example,and summarizes the characteristics of the change;secondly,based on the "social-space"and city planning theory,the paper studies on a typical case from the micro perspective.Through data analysis and semi-structured interview,supplemented by some network data capture and analysis technology,the study shows the course of action and behavior logic of different actors in the case,and attempt to summarize it as a practical development mode in order to provide reference for other similar areas of city renewal.The study found that the essence of the change of urban renewal under the background of transformation of governance is the adjustment of renewal mode and actors' power in order to cope with the difficulties in the renewal process.In the renewal of ZengCuoAn area,a variety of field value derived from the space is the main reason for the action of the actor involved in the process,and the subjects adjust the behavior according to their own interests to get as more as possible benefits,which constantly promote the renewal development of ZengCuoAn area.Based on this,this paper considered the essence of the renewal development of ZengCuoAn area is a kind of "actor-space" self-organization evolution mode,the actors gradually form an adaptive governance mode around the space development and the distribution of interests,and ultimately develop to a kind of participatory governance under the guidance of the government,reflecting the dynamic of actors involved in the process of urban renewal under the background of transformation of governance.This pattern has three advantages:forming an adaptive governance mode during the renewal,improving the enthusiasm of the actors through self-discovery of the space value,and organic combination of renewal and governance affairs.The key to the formation of this kind of renewal is to develop some core elements with development potential.For similar areas,refer to ZengCuoAn renewal mode,they can promote themselves from four aspects:improving the value of the space,fostering social organizations,playing the leading role of planning,and formulating corresponding institution system.The article is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part,introducing the research background,research problems,mainly related concepts and the research ideas,framework and the basic situation of the research object of the article;the second chapter is the basic thesis and research summary,summarizing the relevant work and theories about urban renewal at home and abroad,and presenting the research framework of the article;the third chapter is the analysis of the characteristics of urban renewal under the background of the governance transformation,based on the analysis of the transformation of governance under the background of city renewal within the culvert,with several large city as an example,to summarize the city renewal characteristics of the background;the fourth chapter is the analysis of ZengCuoAn area renewal process,analyzing the motivation and process of each related subject to ZengCuoAn Area from the microscopic perspective;the fifth chapter is the summary and enlightenment of ZengCuoAn renewal mode,summing up the mode and problem of ZengCuoAn area renewal,and discussing the advantages and applicability of the mode;the sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,summarizing the main research conclusions,discussing the existing problems and doubts in the study,and expecting the future research direction and content of the study.
