And the former old residential community is completely disappeared. The impact of the development of modern society is that the city and people’s traditional attributes fade away, people’s values changed, the community spirit is lost, indifference of human relations in society looked up.In cities, there are a number of big old residential communities, they have been a component unit of the city, with the background of the system of units. In the planned economy period, they are the main area of people’s life. It has stable structure, good social relations and neighborhood relations. But as planned economy and the system of units gradually faded.
