A Comparative Research On Planning And Status Quo Of The Residential Space Of Changsha City

Rapid urbanization and industrialization have promoted the development of the city.All the cities are experiencing huge economic and social system transformation,and subsequently,penetrateing the changes brought by the transformation into the urban space.Urban spatial structure is the spacial reflection of various social and economic activities of the city in geographic space.Among those factors affecting the urban spatial structure,urban planning guidance is very important.Planning of city space,as the basis and prerequisite which guarantee the efficient allocation of resources and rational use of the land,its significance lies in ensuring the overall and long-term interests of the city,reasonably and orderly configurating urban space resources,and scientificly guiding the urban construction and development in the future.In actual construction and development,however,there are various and complicated factors that result in the change of urban spatial development.Thus,people need to utilize planning to guide the status quo of the development,and utilise current status to feedback planning guidance.Planning and present situation of development for urban development are two closely related parts,influence and promote each other.Living space,as one of the major factors of the urban space form,its development directly affects the development of urban space.Through the study of characteristics of development and changes of residential space and the correlation between residential space planning and present situation.This paper provides some solutions to reduce the reasonableness and imperfect of residential space distribution,and gradually establish well-designed urban residential spatial structure corresponding to Changsha economic development and urban construction.This paper also gives some meaningful suggestions to the question that under the background of city transformation and reconstruction how to play the guiding role of urban planning and optimize the residential space planning better.As the implementation of national strategy "pan pearl river delta regional coordinated development" and the Changzhutan urban agglomerations is listed as national resources saving and environment friendly society construction comprehensive reform pilot area,Changsha becomes the model of regional central city,Changsha is the central cities of Midwest.Its economic development has been at the upper level among major capital cities in the Midwest,and it also represents the standard of major capital cities in the Midwest.By selecting Changsha as the empirical research object,this paper has analyzed the distribution,evolution and morphological characteristics of residential land in Changsha city.Through the application of GIS spatial analysis method,paper has analyzed the correlation between planning and status quo of residential space,and the influence mechanism of the development and changes of residential space.Firstly,this paper clarified the residential land space structure evolution characteristics of Changsha city through summarizing and organizing the data of residential land.Secondly,by using the GIS spatial analysis method,paper analyzed the correlation of planning and status quo of residential space.By using GIS to find the comparability with planning and status quo of residential space,the result showed that the planning and status quo of residential space in Changsha is not highly similar on spatial location.Paper also pointed out the main problems of Changsha residential space planning.Furthermore,pater analyzed the influence mechanism of development and changes of residential space.According to the above questions,the paper has put forward the way to construct residential space planning management research assessment system and provided countermeasures and suggestions to improve the residential space planning.
