Planning Studies, Based On The Differentiation Theory Of Urban Living Space Living Space

With the changing of economy system and deepening of the housing assignment, the residential restructuring and differentiation is just going on and will be going further in our country. The placement of urban residential space is showing the feature difference of the past, meanwhile being influenced by the diversified pattern of housing exploitation and the commercialisation way of housing management. It is the important feature that the reappearance of urban residential differentiation in our country, which is impacting on the special structure, land use and new area exploitation and construction of city.After the reform of housing policy in 1998, more and more theory study on urban residential differentiation begin to appear in our country, and the contents become to more and more variety. But the most papers have studied the rule of urban residential differentiation as the particular city an example based on using for reference of the foreign theory, and there are rarely researchers that combine the theory and the practise of urban planning in our country. In view of the above, YangLing is aimed at a studied object in this paper. And the rule of residential differentiation of big city is applied on the practise of YangLing planning, and in order to avoiding some social problem in YangLing coming by urban residential differentiation as some big cities, suggestions of urban residential area planning is put forward.The main contents in this paper are:(l)The development of human residential special is analysed from a historian' s view, the change of economy, the polarization of social group caused by different profession, the difference of inhabitant' s behaviour of selecting housing, urban planning idea and the mode of urban development are recognized as the main factors to guide the developmentof human' s residential space.(2)The socialization process of urban residential differentiation is studied from a sociologist' s view. Based on the study of foreign theory, the dynamic mechanism of urban residential differentiation is analysed from more views and more aspects. The result is proved that the dynamic mechanism are coming from three aspects: the social class differentiation caused by economy development, the reform of housing assignment mode and the family residential behaviour.(3)In accordance with the systemic analyse from the above two aspects, the dynamic mechanism of enlargement, the evolution process and the structure feature of urban residential spatial in YangLing which has particular process in city evolution, are analysed based on general theory of residential differentiation. And at the last of this paper, the main idea and placement structure of urban residential spatial planning in Yangling are put out.
