| Urban public space has always been the focus of attention in China’s urban planning academia.The layout and reasonable planning of residential land in its surroundings are of importance and rationality.However,there are still certain problems in the planning of residential land around urban public space.Using the background opportunity of "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration Program" in China,this paper studies the planning and design of such residential land.First of all,sort out the development process of urban public space at home and abroad,and summarize the diversified values that urban public space has developed to the present stage.Secondly,combined with the current development trend of residential land planning and design,as well as the requirements of the multiple values of urban public space for surrounding residential land planning and design,the four planning and design requirements of public,landscape,economy and security are jointly formed.Furthermore,according to the four requirements and the integration of the relationship between them,combined with the actual case analysis,the paper summarizes the planning and design strategies of the public,landscape,economy and security of residential land around the urban public space.Finally,the case demonstration was completed on the Beiyan Road residential land around the Dongshan Park in Jiangning,Nanjing.At the theoretical level,this study provides a further supplement for the planning and design of residential land around the urban public space.At the practical level,the project design is carried out for the Beiyan Road residential land around the Dongshan Park,and the reference is provided for the planning and design of other land of the same type.The paper contains about 59,000 characters and 97 illustrations(If there is no mark,it is selfmade). |
