As China’s urbanization process continues to accelerate,the problems faced by cities such as population pressure,traffic congestion,tight land use,and resource shortages have also increased.Therefore,new requirements for urban land use are required,that is,through three-dimensional land development to solve these problems of environmental pollution and serious waste of resources in the process of using limited natural resources in cities.Considering the rich geothermal energy in the Xiaotangshan area of Beijing,it is undoubtedly of great significance to explore the road of urban ecological civilization construction based on the development and utilization of this clean and renewable new energy and the combination and optimization of urban land.Based on the viewpoint of the systematic theory of coordinated development of urban resources and environment,this paper introduces the concept of three-dimensional land and develops a three-dimensional village planning model from the perspective of three-dimensional coordination of land use and geothermal resource development.Based on the analysis of the land use types and utilization intensity of Xiaotangshan Township,combined with the endowment of the town’s geothermal resources and the status quo of development and utilization,the thesis puts forward new proposals for new three-dimensional urban land development based on the coordinated development of residential land and geothermal fields.With reference to similar developments at home and abroad,specific development suggestions for Xiaotangshan Town are given.The main research results and conclusions obtained by the thesis are as follows:1.Research shows that the local area within the Xiaotangshan Township in Beijing can be used for three-dimensional coordinated development of residential land and geothermal fields.Among them,the northwest part of the town belongs to a highly coordinated area,the northeast part belongs to a low degree of coordination area,and the southern area is suitable for taking necessary measures to coordinate development and development.2.Considering the high cost of geothermal resource extraction,thethree-dimensional development of land in the study area should increase the management of residential-geothermal development and propose a suitable development model.Among them,the geothermal resources to the west of Changxingzhuang-Houlingou Village and about 20 square kilometers east of Asuwei-Mafang must adopt strict restrictive measures,adjust the structure of geothermal resources utilization,optimize the allocation of resources,and so on.3.According to the current situation of land development in different villages of Xiaotangshan Town,due to the uneven development or distribution of economic,population and geothermal resources within the town,the specific development of the district in the future should consider the comprehensive benefits of regional resources and environment.Priority should be given to the three-dimensional development of land in the northwest part of the region,especially the Xiaotangshan Village,an administrative village,with a pilot development project to provide a reference for the optimization of the national spatial structure of the town.
