In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy in China,the logistics industry in China is also showing the trend of rapid development,whose role and status in China's economic society become more obvious,as well as its impact on the ecological environment.Along with the rasing of people's awareness of ecological environment,people pay more attention to the coordinated and sustainable development between the economy and ecological environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between the logistics industry and the ecological environment,and to explore whether they can develop in synergetic.Logistics performance and ecological environmental performance can reflect the development level of the logistics industry and ecological environment respectively.So this paper mainly studies the synergy between logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in China,which has a certain practical significance for promoting the synergy development of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current development status of the logistics industry and ecological environment in China,this paper evaluates and analyzes the synergy of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance of the whole China and 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions.On the basis of drawing on relevant research,the paper establishes the evaluation index system for logistics performance and ecological environmental performance respectively,and then determine the weight of each index by the entropy method.Then,the order degree model of the logistics performance subsystem and the ecological environmental performance subsystem and the synergy degree model of the compound system of logistics performance-ecological environmental performance are established by the synergetic order parameter method.Secondly,the paper conducts empirical research on the synergy between logistics performance and ecological environment performance in whole China and 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China.When conducting an empirical study on the synergy between overall logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in China,from a vertical perspective,it can be found thatthe order degree of the logistics performance subsystem in China has showed an upward trend year after year from 2012 to 2017,and the order degree of the ecological environmental performance subsystem has showed an overall upward trend,but the order degree in 2014 and 2015 decreased.At the same time,it can also be found that the synergy of the composite system of the logistics performanceecological environmental performance in China has showed an overall increasing trend year by year from 2013 to 2017,but decreased in 2015.When conducting an empirical study on the synergy between logistics performance and ecological environment performance of 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions of China,from the perspective of horizontal comparison,it can be found that the order degree of logistics performance subsystem of 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China has showed an upward trend year after year from 2012 to 2017.In terms of the order degree of ecological environmental performance subsystem,except for Hainan Province,all other provinces,cities and autonomous regions have shown an upward trend.And among all regions,the average annual growth rate of the order degree of logistics performance subsystem and ecological environmental performance subsystem in western region is higher than that in central region and eastern region,which shows that in the development range of the order degree of logistics performance subsystem and ecological environmental performance subsystem among all regions,the development range of the logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in western region is ahead of that in eastern region and central region.And through the comparison of the average order degree of logistics performance subsystem and ecological environmental performance subsystem in the eastern region,the central region and the western region respectively,it can be found that they all showed an upward trend.By calculating the synergy degree of the composite system of the logistics performance-ecological environmental performance of 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China,it can be found that the synergy degree of the composite system of the logistics performance-ecological environment performance composite system of the eastern region,the central region and the western region showed an upward trend from 2013 to 2017.Compared the annual average growth values of the synergy degree of the composite system of thelogistics performance-ecological environmental performance in the eastern region,central region,and western region from 2013 to 2017,It can be found that the central region is higher than the eastern region and the western region.Finally,this paper uses grey relational analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of the synergy of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in China as a whole and 27 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China from 2013 to 2017,and gives corresponding suggestions based on the conclusions,so as to further Improve the synergy degree of composite systems.It can be found that the density of optical cable,the investment intensity of fixed assets in the logistics industry,and the number of civilian vehicle ownership per 10000 persons have a great impact on the synergy of the overall logistics performance and the ecological environmental performance of China,the eastern region and the central region,and the density of optical cable and the investment intensity of fixed assets in the logistics industry has a significant impact on the synergy of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in Western China.Besides,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the synergy of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance in each provinces,cities and autonomous regions,and gives corresponding suggestions based on the research results to further promote the synergetic development of logistics performance and ecological environmental performance.
