Performance Evaluation Of Regional Eco-logistics Based On Low-carbon Development And Itsinfluencing Factors

With the reform and opening up,China’s economic development has entered a stage of rapid take-off,has made remarkable achievements in the world.However,the attendant side is the large consumption of energy,the depletion of resources,the deterioration of the ecological environment.Especially in recent years,environmental pollution has become worse and worse,which has seriously affected people’s living environment.However,it is fortunate that people’s awareness of environmental protection gradually increased,China’s ecological environment protection is growing,introduced a series of environmental protection policies.Among them,it includes the concept of low-carbon economy and sustainable economic development.In this context,the industry is a positive response in the development process to vigorously promote low-carbon,ecological and sustainable development concept.And as the “third profit source” of the logistics industry,especially after the rise of e-commerce,people’s goods between the more and more frequent,the development of the logistics industry is even more important.Therefore,the logistics industry should be the first to respond to the call of the government,the implementation of low-carbon,ecological and sustainable development concept.Reduce the consumption of resources and reduce the impact on the environment in the development process.Based on the low-carbon development of regional ecological logistics is to reduce environmental pollution,reduce resource consumption as the goal,taking into account the ecological,social and economic benefits of economic management activities.So it has important practical significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization and improve the ecological efficiency of the logistics industry.Therefore,this paper carries on the research on the regional eco logistics based on low carbon development,and takes Jiangxi Province as the empirical object.First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance of the study,the relevant research has been analyzed and summarized,and found that the shortcomings and gaps,to find the point of this paper.Then,the concept of logistics,the concept of low carbon,the concept of regional eco logistics and the concept of performance are described.The concepts and the concrete models of data envelopment analysis,factor analysis and multiple regression analysis are introduced in detail.After the preparation of the relevant concepts and analysis tools,the quality and quantity of ecological logistics in Jiangxi province are evaluated.On the one hand,the data envelopment analysis method is used to analyze the horizontal and vertical performance of Jiangxi province,obtain their technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency value and returns to scale and projection.According to the evaluation results,it is found that the overall level of Jiangxi eco logistics efficiency is high.On the other hand,the factor analysis method is used to analyze the horizontal and vertical performance of the ecological logistics performance level of Jiangxi Province,and obtain their respective main factor scores and comprehensive score.The results show that the performance level of eco logistics in Jiangxi province is increasing year by year.After the evaluation of the two methods,the results obtained by the DEA method are compared with those obtained by factor analysis.After the comparative analysis,it is found that the performance value obtained by the DEA method is not the same as that of the factor analysis,and there is no necessary connection between the results obtained by the two methods.In addition,after the evaluation of the performance of ecological logistics in Jiangxi Province,this paper using multiple regression method to analyzes the factors affecting the performance of Jiangxi’s ecological logistics.The results show that the level of ecological development and the level of low carbon economy have the greatest impact on the performance of ecological logistics.
