Analysis Of The Impact Of Environmental Policy On The Performance Of Ecological Logistics In China

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's social economy,environmental problems have become increasingly serious.Based on the concept of “ecological civilization construction” and the national sustainable development strategy,the state has issued a series of environmental protection policies.Eco-logistics is an economic management activity that combines ecological,social and economic benefits to reduce resource consumption,improve resource utilization and reduce environmental impact.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between environmental policy and ecological logistics.It has important practical significance for improving the performance of ecological logistics and promoting ecological civilization construction and sustainable development strategy.Firstly,based on the analysis of the status quo of China's ecological logistics development,this paper evaluates and analyzes the ecological logistics performance of China's overall and six provinces in East China.According to the actual situation,from the four aspects of environment and energy,logistics economic benefit,logistics infrastructure level and logistics management,construct an ecological logistics performance evaluation index system,and establish an entropy-comprehensive evaluation model,using entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method.Conduct an empirical study on the performance of ecological logistics in the whole country and in the six provinces of East China.The empirical study on the overall performance of the national ecological logistics,from a vertical perspective,found that the national ecological logistics performance has been on the rise;empirical research on the ecological logistics performance of the six provinces in East China,from a horizontal perspective,found that the province's ecological logistics The performance level is quite different.Comparing the performance level of each province's ecological logistics with the national overall performance level,it is found that the average ecological logistics performance level of the six provinces in East China is higher than the national level.Secondly,this paper quantitatively evaluates and analyzes environmental policies.Select relevant indicators from three aspects: command and control type,economic incentive type and voluntary policy tools,construct a quantitative evaluation system for environmental policies,collect data on environmental policy related indicators of the six regions of China and East China,and use factor analysis method for the whole country.The environmental policies of the six provinces of East China were quantitatively evaluated,and their main factor scores and comprehensive scores were obtained.Quantitative evaluation and analysis of the overall national environmental policy found that the overall development level of the national environmental policy showed an upward trend;quantitatively evaluated and analyzed the environmental policies of the six provinces in East China from horizontal and vertical perspectives,it is found that the level of environmental policy development in different regions of the six provinces of East China is different.Finally,analyze the impact of environmental policies on the performance of China's ecological logistics.The relationship between environmental policy and ecological logistics is analyzed qualitatively,and then multiple regression models are established.The empirical analysis of multiple regressions across the country revealed that comprehensive policies and voluntary policies have significant effects on the performance of national ecological logistics.The empirical analysis of multiple regressions in six provinces in East China found that the main factors of environmental policies extracted by each region were ecological.The impact degree of logistics performance is different.The impact of individual environmental policy indicators on the overall ecological logistics performance of the country is analyzed.Multiple regression analysis is carried out.It is found that the environmental protection system staff and the total amount of sewage charges have a significant impact on the performance of ecological logistics.According to the conclusions of the research and analysis,give some suggestions.
