Affected by factors such as the continued slowdown in global economic growth and the decline in global mining recovery,the global exploration situation has entered a clear downward channel,and China's economy has entered a new normal of “three phases of superposition”.State-owned geological exploration units are facing a continuing downturn in the mining economy.The multiple effects of the downturn of the world economy and the adjustment of the national economic structure.How to study and formulate sustainable enterprise development plans under the premise of superior strategic control and growth pressure is of great significance to the development of state-owned geological exploration enterprises.The First Geological Exploration Bureau Co.Ltd of CNACG was established by the State Administration of Coal Geology of the state-owned enterprise,and implemented enterprise management.It also implemented the “one set of two horses,two brands” business division with the First Geological Exploration Bureau Co.Ltd of CNACG.The central enterprises operating have strong professional advantages and brand advantages.Based on the theory and research results of strategic management and development planning of domestic and foreign enterprises,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of state-owned geological exploration units and the development status of a company,mainly based on PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis.Further clarify the company's development strategy direction,formulate the company's development plan for 2019-2023,and propose some safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,so that the company can achieve healthy and sustainable development in the current complex and ever-changing economic environment.The research shows that there is a large development space for the industry environmentand industry in which a company is located,and there are many market expansion opportunities.The strategic choice is based on the market penetration strategy and the diversified operation strategy.The company's planning goal for 2019-2023 is to focus on the positioning of “three businesses”,promote “transfer two conception and step into three markets”,and implement “four areas and two operations” to form a new industrial pattern with distinctive characteristics,outstanding advantages and intensive and efficient;2019-2023 The annual operating income will increase by 18% annually,and the total profit will increase by 20% annually.The main economic indicators will be at the middle level of the China Coal Geology Bureau.Among them,3-5 core professional advantages will reach the leading position of CNACG and the industry advanced level.
