China's economy after 30 years of rapid development,the growth rate has gradually stabilized into the new normal.In this context,although,China's industrial economy faced with a huge challenge,but also has a new development opportunity.As a traditional industry,coatings industry plays an important role in national production,its survival and development and the development of the national economy closely related.A country's infrastructure,fixed investment,real estate development and defense industry construction and many other areas will have different levels of impact to coatings industry.As the private sector of the coatings industry,the internal and external environment of YJ Group is more complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the internal and external environment faced by enterprises from the strategic point of view,analyze the problems and challenges of the enterprises in the strategic aspects.The strategic management system is redesigned to better adapt to the needs and development needs of the environment.In this paper,the typical enterprises of the coatings industry were selected as the case enterprises,and the strategic analysis tools were used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment faced by the YJ Group.Then,the enterprises at the present stage development strategy,and put forward the principles,processes and measures of strategic control in the process of enterprise strategy implementation.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,content and framework of the thesis.The second part summarizes the relevant theories of strategy related theory and strategic management The third part is the strategic environment analysis,respectively,the internal and external environment of the company and the industry background in which the in-depth analysis;the fourth part of the development strategy for the formulation and implementation of the development of strategic management,In this part,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external conditions of the metallurgical group,and then the detailed development strategy is formulated according to the strategic positioning and development of the enterprise.The fifth part is the strategy This paper first introduces the principles,processes and methods of strategic control,and then puts forward the methods and processes of controlling the implementation of the strategy in the implementation of the strategy.The sixth part is the summary,which mainly summarizes the research results of this paperIn this paper,a detailed analysis of the YJ Group is carried out by using a variety of SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and Porter five force model.Although YJ Group is a private enterprise,but the current market prospects of the paint industry is better,and it has a certain product and brand advantages.Making strategy should be based on the development of SO strategy,WO,ST,WT strategy,supplemented,YJ Group could maintain high-speed and stable development in the industry to occupy a certain market position.
