Study On The Coordination Of New Urbanization And Green Economy In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social development has made tremendous achievements,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved,the speed of urbanization has been accelerated,and the total economic output has leaped to the second place in the world.However,many problems have emerged in this process,such as various "city-building" campaigns in the large-scale construction of urbanization and the failure to focus on maintaining the balance between cities and ecology and the construction of social supporting infrastructure while urbanization is being constructed;in the process of economic development,too much attention has been paid to the promotion of economic aggregate while neglecting the cost and cost of economic development.And so on the new economic and social problems caused by the development.In the new era,in order to achieve scientific and sustainable development,China’s economy and society must accurately grasp the relationship between economic and social development and ecological environment,promote the construction of new-type urbanization and the development of green economy,and pay attention to the study of the coordinated development between the two,so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.In this paper,11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone are taken as the research object,and through reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,the specific connotation of new-type urbanization and green economy is discussed at first;secondly,the relationship between new-type urbanization and green economy is analyzed theoretically;thirdly,the index data related to new-type urbanization and green economy of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone are selected,and the entropy value is used.The method,coupled coordinated development model,convergence model and obstacle degree model are used to analyze the new urbanization and green economic development level,the gap between provinces and cities,and the main factors hindering their coordinated development.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall level of new-type urbanization construction and green economy development of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is not high,and shows a decreasing trend from east to west;from the specific performance of 2011 to 2017,the development level of green economy is slightly higher than that of new-type urbanization.(2)Although there are differences in the degree of coordinated development between provinces and municipalities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,the absolute gap between provinces and municipalities shows a downward trend in terms of specific development coefficients.(3)According to the obstacle system model,the new-type urbanization is the main factor hindering the coordinated development of the two,and the driving force index of green transformation is the main obstacle hindering the coordinated development of the two.Based on the analysis of the above conclusions,this study holds that in order to comprehensively enhance the development level of regional new-type urbanization and green economy,it is necessary to strengthen the strategic understanding of the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and green economy,accurately grasp the relationship between overall promotion and key breakthroughs,scientifically formulate regional development strategies,increase green innovation of science and technology,and improve social infrastructure.To improve the efficiency of transformation and utilization of green science and technology;to give full play to the radiation role of cities with high level of development in the region and realize the coordinated development of provinces and cities in the region;from the government level,we must integrate the characteristics of the times,improve the performance appraisal mechanism,establish a scientific,objective and fair performance appraisal mechanism,and promote the coordination of new-type urbanization and green economy in provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.To develop and achieve high-quality economic and social development.
