The Yellow River Basin has an important role in our economic layout,and is also a key geographic unit of ecological environmental protection.In September 2019,the rise of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River Basin was a major national strategy,which indicated the direction of high quality development for the Yellow River Basin.Innovation is the first motivation for economic development,and green innovation is an important driving force to promote the ecological protection and high quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Changes in urban green innovation levels are not only profoundly influenced by the green innovation of their area,but also a significant impact on neighboring cities.Therefore,the Yellow River Basin has improved green innovation levels to change the extensive economic development,and the road to green innovation and development is of great significance.According to this,this study uses the Yellow River Basin as the research object,with a total of 90 cities from 2000 to 2020 green patent licenses to characterize the green innovation level,and divide these 90 cities into do not divide the three major regions and resources.Two types of urban and non-resource-based cities,the convergence of the time and space evolution pattern and evolution trend of its green innovation.First,the DAGUM Niki coefficient,the variation coefficient,etc.,the difference in green innovation levels and its source are analyzed from time and spatial dimension,and the time and space evolution pattern of green innovation in the Yellow River Basin is studied.Second,the evolution trend of green innovation level in the Yellow River Basin was converged.Among them,the Molan Index is used to test the spatial relevance of the city of the Yellow River Basin,and clustering the city’s green innovation level through the Proland Point map;and based on absolute convergence,choose talent gathering,financial development,government Controlling variables such as support and industrial structure Construction space Dubin model,the conditions for the overall,subregional,and segmental green innovation level of the Yellow River Basin,and explore the factors affecting the difference in green innovation in the Yellow River Basin.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The green innovation level in the Yellow River Basin is generally growing.Green innovation in 2000-2004 is relatively slow;in 2004-2009,there is a stable growth situation;after 2009,it will enter the accelerated growth phase.In the middle and lower reaches,the downstream area has the fastest growth rate,the middle and upstream growth rates are basically consistent;the resource-based cities and non-resource-based cities are seen,the former green innovation level is higher than the latter,but the latter The growth rate is faster than the former.(2)The difference in regional variation in the region of the green innovation in the Yellow River Basin is small,and there is a rise in regional differences.From the middle downstream,the decline in the regional difference is upstream,midstream,downstream;regional differences are upstream and midstream,upstream and downstream,midstream and downstream.Differences in non-resource-type urban areas are far more than resource-based cities.From the perspective of the source and contribution to the difference,the differences in regional differences and interregional differences are common determinants,and the differences in the region are more stable,and the interregional variation varies.(3)The green innovation level of 90 cities in the Yellow River Basin has significant spatial positive correlation.Most of the city downstream of the Yellow River in 2000 is located at a high-high set of closer,and most of the urban in the middle is located at a low-low episode,indicating that the overall green innovation level of the city downstream of the Yellow River basin is high.In the middle upstream city.(4)There is a significant absolute convergence and conditional convergence trend of the overall and subregional types of the Yellow River Basin,and the latter’s convergence speed is faster than the former,indicating that the green innovation level between the urban city in the Yellow River Basin has a trend to converge in steady-state levels.The overflow effect of the leading city in the green innovation level,the low-level city with lower green innovation.(5)From the regression of four control variables,the impact of talents and financial development in the study period on the urban green innovation of the Yellow River Basin is positive,and the impact of government support and industrial structure is negative.This indicates that the level of investment before the increase is good.Promote the improvement of green innovation in the Yellow River Basin,promoting the regional balance of green innovation;the two after the study period can not promote the promotion of urban green innovation levels in the Yellow River Basin.
