Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Green Economy Development In Changzhou

The global war "Epidemic" is still continuing,and the challenges brought by trade disputes have gradually slowed down the high growth driven by China with high resource consumption and high pollution discharge manufacturing.Against this backdrop,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Party Central Committee,the 14 th Five-Year Plan and Vision2035 all explicitly aim to build an "ecological civilization" and promote green development,thus integrating the concept of sustainability into economic and social development has resulted in the "Green Economic Development" model.The "green economic development" model,which is derived from the integration of sustainable concepts into economic and social development,is expected to become a new direction for future social development.During his visit to Jiangsu,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the existing achievements in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta should be seized and the construction of ecological civilization should be continuously promoted to a deeper level.Changzhou is located in the middle of the Yangtze River Delta and the southern part of Jiangsu Province.It is an important economic development region in China,an important part of the Yangtze River Delta city cluster.At present,Changzhou City is the tenth largest city in the Yangtze River Delta in terms of economic development,but as a former industrial star city,resource consumption and ecological pollution are becoming more and more obvious constraints on economic development.How to resolve the contradiction between "growth","environment" and "demand for a good life" is an issue that needs to be addressed in Changzhou.This article sort out the relevant literature of the concept,evaluation system and evaluation model of the green economy,and combines theories such as new economic growth,sustainable development,green economic management and regional economic strategic development,and clarify the research ideas and methods of this article.On this basis,based on Changzhou City as the research object,the status quo of its regional status,disassembling research from the aspects of location,economy,society,ecological resources and environmental pollution,and then select the DPSIR model to build a green economic development indicator system,according to the role of the model The mechanism,existing research results,and obtained data have built a primary indicator system covering 43indicators;secondly,the use of correlation screening is optimized to ensure the representativeness of the indicators after optimization,and this article is divided into 3levels.After analysis,14 representative indicators were finally retained;besides,the comprehensive analysis model was used to construct a comprehensive analysis model with a fusion entropy value method,the TOPSIS method,and obstacle model.Through the data analysis of Changzhou from 2013 to 2020,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The optimization of the indicator system by correlation screening can effectively improve the representativeness of the indicators and effectively improve the accuracy of the comprehensive analysis;(2)The assignment results show that the driving force system and pressure system in the green economic development of Changzhou City have a higher weighting,and their connotation indicators need to be focused on;(3)The level of green economic development in Changzhou City in 2019 is closest to the ideal state,and its main pulling factors are investment in energy-saving and environmental protection funds;(4)The obstacle degree model diagnosis shows that industrial pollution,water resources management and capital investment in science,technology and environmental protection are the main obstacles to the development of green economy in Changzhou in recent years.In response to the empirical results,this article puts forward strategic path suggestions from the aspects of improving regional development bearing capacity,green economic competitiveness,and economic development soft power to provide a reference for improving the level of green economic development in Changzhou.
