Research On The Reconstruction Of Rural Toilet In Northern Anhui

The rural "toilet revolution" refers to the project of transforming traditional dry toilets in rural areas in accordance with the standards of sanitary toilets set by the state.It is a major measure to create a rural livable environment and improve the happiness index of rural residents.It is an important part of rural revitalization development strategy.Since the founding of New China,especially since the reform and opening up,rural toilet renovation has achieved revolutionary results,but with the development of the times,people’s living standards have improved,and the requirement for a "toilet revolution" has no longer stayed in the stage of maintaining hygiene in the toilet.People began to consider the problem of harmless treatment of manure and how to recycle it.Therefore,it is necessary to sum up and explore through practice to provide reference and guidance for the rural "toilet revolution" to get through the obstacles that hinder the development of the "toilet revolution".The rural areas of northern Anhui have both the features of plains and hills,inherit the cultural traits of the north and the south,and have a certain basis for toilet improvement.Therefore,the selection of the northern Anhui area as the research location has certain representativeness,and the research results can also be great for China.Most plain areas are used as reference.The author of this paper investigates the situation of toilet improvement in multiple counties in 6 cities in northern Anhui through field visits,questionnaire surveys and telephone interviews,and strives to more comprehensively and accurately grasp the current use of toilets in rural areas of northern Anhui On the basis of maintenance and other current conditions,combined with the support of network data and professional theory,the corresponding statistics are combed,and the existing problems are analyzed and analyzed,and effective suggestions are targeted.The authors of the study have found that: The impact of various factors,the backward technology of toilet renovation,the lack of leadership coordination of the leading department of toilet reform,the single fund raising channel,the difficulty of implementing the system in combination with the actual situation,and the inflexibility of the implementation are not due to the reasons.The level of harmless treatment of manure is not high,the lack of sewage treatment equipment,The number of sanitary toiletsis insignificant and the environment is needy.Therefore,the author believes that the improvement of rural toilets in northern Anhui should: improve farmers’ ideological awareness,pay attention to the exemplary role of leaders,strengthen farmers’ willingness to reconstructiong toilets;strengthen technical training for relevant staff,promote upgrade and replace toilet equipment to create creative space;raise funds through multiple channels,increase capital investment in toilet reform,improve infrastructure construction,and focus on the subsequent harmless treatment and utilization of manure;Complete process,clarify the person in charge in each link,do a good job of supervision and security,and do not waste manpower input;improve the long-term management and protection mechanism of dry toilet renovation,making toilet renovation a sustainable development instead of dismantling when problems are encountered Reconstruction work.If the above countermeasures can be effectively implemented,it will definitely create a new image of China’s beautiful countryside.
