"Toilet revolution" is a powerful measure to improve rural living environment and an important measure to make up for the deficiencies in the quality of people’s normal life.At the same time,as an important link in the development strategy of rural economy,"toilet revolution" is also related to the implementation of the strategy of rural economic revitalization."Toilet revolution" is a long-term complex systematic project,closely related to people’s lives.In recent years,our rural "toilet revolution" work has gained some results,from planning to implementation,from quantity to quality,from construction to management,"toilet revolution" has been comprehensively advanced in the countryside.However,there are still many difficulties and problems to be solved in the implementation of the "toilet revolution" in rural areas.It is of great significance for promoting and consolidating the achievements of rural "toilet revolution" and promoting rural revitalization to conduct in-depth investigation and research in rural areas,understand the implementation status of rural "toilet revolution",deeply analyze the problems of rural "toilet revolution" and study the corresponding countermeasures.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the research status of "toilet revolution" at home and abroad,to understand the relevant concepts and theories.Through the method of field visit and questionnaire,this paper investigates the situation of "toilet revolution" in the countryside of Wafangdian City.The survey found that the rural "toilet revolution" in Wafangdian City has made great achievements,but there are still some problems,such as insufficient publicity,weak technical guidance,single fund raising,the lack of "construction and management" mechanism.In view of the problems found,combined with the actual situation of Wafangdian,the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed,and on this basis,from the aspects of publicity,technology,capital,"construction management" mechanism and so on,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed,that is,improve the publicity starting point of "toilet reform",create a rural atmosphere of "toilet reform",play the role of "toilet reform" model,The technical guidance should be combined with the actual situation,the reconstruction mode should be scientifically demonstrated,the operation mechanism should be expanded to harmless use,the fund raising mechanism should be perfected,the multi-channel investment mode should be explored,the fund supervision should be strengthened,the linkage mechanism should be established,the toilet improvement standards should be formulated,and the operation mechanism should be perfected.By studying the situation of rural "toilet revolution" in Wafangdian City,it can not only promote the work of rural "toilet revolution" in Wafangdian City,but also provide reference for other similar areas to carry out "toilet revolution" work and serve for rural revitalization.
