The Investigation And Research On Promoting Rural "Toilet Revolution" In Shijiazhuang

The rural toilet revolution is an important link to improve the governance effect of rural habitat.it is the decisive factor that affects the happiness and well-being of the vast rural areas and wins the overall well-off society.It is also the key component of improving the quality and efficiency of rural revitalization.Although the rural toilet revolution has achieved certain results,there are still some problems that are difficult to solve in the process of advancement.It is necessary to find problems,analyze problems and find solutions to problems through relevant investigations and research.It will provide reference and guidance for the continuous advancement of the rural toilet revolution.The most representative example is Shijiazhuang,which has both plains and hills in the North.Through the questionnaire survey on the renovation of rural toilets,and using statistical methods to summarize,grasp the current situation of construction,use,management and maintenance of harmless sanitary toilets in rural areas of Shijiazhuang,and analyze and summarize the main problems of construction and maintenance in the progress,and then analyze the reasons for the problems,and put forward targeted and practical advice.These problems are manifested in the fact that the penetration rate of harmless sanitary toilets needs to be improved,follow-up treatment of faeces is lagging behind,and the lack of facilities such as the construction of public toilets in rural areas,sewage networks,and tap water supply restrict the development of toilets.There is a lack of overall planning for the construction of environmental sanitation and beautiful courtyards,and the renovation of toilets.The reasons for these problems are lack of ideological understanding,relatively,relatively backward technology,unbalanced capital investment,single-funding methods,and uncoordinated institutional mechanisms in management.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the overall coordination and efficient management mechanism within the government,to strengthen publicity and training efforts,and to strengthen the community’s attention to the rural toilet revolution,so as to create resources and funds for integrating use,and to create new ways of market-oriented operation as a guarantee.We will focus our work on the research and development of advanced technologies and the promotion of typical experience in harmless treatment and resource utilization of manure,so as to improve the efficiency of revolutionary management of rural toilets.If the above measures can be effectively implemented,it will be able to create the image of a beautiful new countryside in China.
