Research On Performance Evaluation System Based On Sewage Treatment PPP Project

As a most basic public facility,the sewage treatment plant has widely adopted the PPP model in its construction and operation in recent years.Performance evaluation studies of sewage treatment PPP projects can make the performance level of the project implementation and operation to a certain extent.Improvement can better ensure the quality of sewage treatment PPP projects.It has important theoretical significance and practical value for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the sewage treatment industry and the better application of the PPP model in Chinese projects.Firstly,the relevant theories of PPP model and performance evaluation of PPP project are explained.Secondly,the necessity and feasibility of using PPP model for sewage treatment project are analyzed and demonstrated,and the content of performance evaluation of sewage treatment PPP project is defined.Then the sewage is constructed Handle the performance evaluation system of PPP projects,and briefly describe its construction principles,then conduct preliminary screening of evaluation indicators through literature reading method,and use a combination of questionnaire survey method and TOPSIS method to optimize the preliminary screening evaluation indicators.The comprehensive integration weighting method composed of the order relationship method and the entropy weight method is used to weight the evaluation indicators again,and a gray comprehensive evaluation model is established.Finally,an empirical study is carried out to verify the applicability of the constructed evaluation system.Figure 19;Table 16;Reference 62...
