| Sewage treatment projects play a major role in environmental governance and ecological protection.The treatment of production and domestic sewage and the realization of recycling of water resources are important contents for achieving environmental purification.However,my country’s sewage treatment started late,and there are problems in actual operation such as inadequate cost management,low operating efficiency,insufficient technical input,incomplete sludge treatment,and insufficient motivation for sustainable development of project construction.To this end,it is necessary to build a scientific and complete performance evaluation system to evaluate the comprehensive performance of sewage treatment projects in terms of social benefits,energy consumption costs,operating efficiency,and output effects.Based on the selection principles of wastewater treatment processes such as Cast and A2/O and performance indicators such as reliability and consistency,this paper divides the comprehensive performance evaluation indicators of wastewater treatment projects into social benefit indicators,energy consumption and cost indicators,operational efficiency indicators,and production performance indicators,Four aspects of effect indicators are presented;then,combined with industry policies,sewage treatment standards,industry average levels,etc.,quantitative indicators use the maximum and minimum values to establish a linear equation,and qualitative indicators are graded to determine the evaluation score;then,the expert scoring method is used to determine each To determine the importance of indicators,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a comprehensive performance evaluation index system for sewage treatment;finally,the case analysis method is used to introduce four sewage treatment projects of different scales: A,B,C,and D,and the above comprehensive performance evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation.To examine the shortcomings in the management and operation of the four projects.The results show that energy consumption,equipment operation efficiency,and plant safety management have received extensive attention,but less attention has been paid to staff training,park greening and other sustainable development capabilities.The evaluation result is the same as the actual situation,which shows that the performance evaluation system established in this paper can scientifically and comprehensively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the project development,provides a practical evaluation system for sewage treatment projects,and has certain application value. |
