Study On Comprehensive Bennefit Evaluation Of Sewage Treatment Enterprise

The security of water resources is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.In recent years,under the background of increasing ecological environmental protection,sewage treatment has become the key area of water environment governance in the whole society.The development of sewage treatment industry not only plays an important role in economic development,but also is closely related to the long-term interests of ecological civilization construction and environmental protection in China.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the benefit evaluation of sewage treatment enterprises,which is important to the multi-angle promotion and development of the sewage treatment industry.Therefore,after studying a large number of literature on enterprise comprehensive evaluation at home and abroad,through the research and analysis of the existing theories and methods,this paper focuses on the benefit evaluation of sewage treatment enterprises.Based on the construction of sewage treatment enterprises comprehensive benefit evaluation index system is economic,technical,environmental and social benefits,such as four aspects into the evaluation system,and further set up secondary evaluation index,including:technology maturity,equipment operation rate,investment costs,operating costs,pollutant reduction amount,profit rate of main business and create jobs for the local number,etc.In addition,the index weight distribution of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the shortfalls,introducing the entropy weight method to modify it,further improve the sewage treatment of enterprise benefit evaluation system of integrity and accuracy,thus has built up a complete sewage treatment enterprises,comprehensive benefit evaluation system and a sewage treatment in our country enterprise as a case study for the empirical analysis,The evaluation level of "good" for the comprehensive benefit of enterprise A was made to verify the rationality of the system.Through the analysis of the results,relevant improvement suggestions and future development directions were put forward to help the sewage treatment enterprise to increase operating profit,improve technology,enhance enterprise environmental protection benefits and assume social responsibility.In order to the sewage treatment enterprise and the whole industry in the future development direction of opinions and suggestions,has important practical significance.
