The Study On Comprehensive Evaluation To Sewage Treatment Project In W Scenic Area

In recent years,with the implementation of sewage treatment project in China City,comprehensive evaluation to sewage treatment project construction plan of the city has become a new research topic.There are a lot of researches made from the project design,process design,project investment to the sewage treatment plant operation and management.But now the evaluation of research focuses on economy and technology of the project.For the new urban sewage treatment project,the future sewage operation cost and the comprehensive benefit of the project will also become the key factor of investment decision on the urban sewage treatment project.In view of this,this study is based on venture capital theory and project management theory,and applies the methods of financial analysis,expert grading,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make a comprehensive evaluation on the sewage treatment project in W Scenic Area.This paper introduces the basic situation on the sewage treatment project in W Scenic Area.Then it carries on the economic analysis to the related economic indicators of its project investment,and evaluates the financial situation of the construction project.After the feasibility demonstration,a comprehensive evaluation index system of sewage treatment project in W scenic area is constructed,which includes main indicators such as technical,economic,environmental and social benefits.Based on the index system,a comprehensive evaluation model of sewage treatment projects in W scenic area is constructed.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model of the project is analyzed by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the project not only has good ability of the economic operation,but also has good economic repayment and profitability.The project is worth investing,and its technical,economic,environmental and social benefits are remarkable.The conclusion of this study confirms the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation of the project,so it can provide relevant basis for project organization and decision making department.
