LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)has become an indispensable part of China’s energy system with the characteristics of clean, efficient and environment friendly. It also plays an important role in China’s international trade. This paper takes G Company’s non-production material purchasing as an example to study the risk management of non-production material purchasing. As an LNG enterprise,LNG is purchased according to a 25 years’ long-term agreement. Therefore, the daily purchasing items of the purchasing department are all non-production materials, which is typical.First,it analyses the relevant theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars on procurement risk, and introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of non-production material purchasing risk. Then,it introduces the background and characteristics of G Company’s non-production material purchasing by using questionnaire survey to summarize the main risk factors. The risk factors of the project are divided into two layers by using the expertise and AHP method.Eight risk factors were summarized in the 1st layer. And then to obtain 20 risk factors to the second layer, and constructs a judgment matrix to solve the AHP by using the form of expert evaluating method to obtain weights of all secondary risk. Finally,it is proposed that the risk of the project should be controlled from two aspects. In this paper, according to the steps of risk management, and combined with the actual situation of G company to solve the problems of non-production material purchasing. The countermeasures proposed in this paper are of positive significance to improve the risk of non-production material purchasing of G company, and also provide reference for non-production material purchasing of enterprises in the same industry. |
