Study On Risk Management Of Newly Built Refining Workshop

The main products of K company are refined edible oil,small package oil,and special oils,which have many famous international brands.At present,refinery and small packing shops have been built.Based on the production status and market demand,the company plans to build a new refinery project.However,the environmental protection is a very important topic today,almost all of the industry will give attaches great importance to it.The consumption of odorous substances and wastewater,and the consumption of heat and electricity were also the long-standing problem in the oil industry.In this research,from the project establishment process,the application of dry ice cold vacuum system and the possible defects of this project,the risk of the project was analyzed by using the expert scoring method,the qualitative and quantitative method,the analytic hierarchy process.Furthermore,the possible risk,natural risk,social risk,market risk,purchase risk,technical risk,management risk,construction safety risk and environmental risk were qualitatively analyzed and evaluated.The analytic hierarchy process of risk quantitative analysis was introduced.According to the various risk factors,the quantitative calculation and comparison of the single ranking and total ranking were carried out,and the corresponding measures and supervision procedures were put forward from the aspects of management risk,construction safety risk,and environmental risk.
