Risk management is a decision-making process used to reduce the negative consequences caused by risk occurrence.It mainly includes risk identification,risk prediction and risk evaluation.It is also a highly purposeful management activity.At present,China's oil field surface engineering covers civil construction,storage and transportation,power consumption,oil recovery,maintenance and renovation processes.There are many hidden dangers in the operation process of these columns.Any mistake in any link may lead to potential dangerous outbreaks,which will cause huge losses to the state or oil enterprises.The reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing is a surface engineering project to optimize,adjust and renovate the existing safety risks and corrosion aging of Xingyilian dehydration station.Daqing Oilfield should fully recognize the importance of project risk management and take active measures to reduce or avoid the possibility of risk occurrence.Taking reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing as the research object,based on the introduction of project risk management and other related theories,this paper identifies and analyses the risk factors of reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing based on the background introduction,natural overview,overall layout and technical route of reconstruction rroject in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing,and finds that there may be material risk,construction risk,management risk,environmental risk and economic risk in reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing.Thus,a risk factor index evaluation system for the reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing is constructed.The grading of related risk factors is obtained by expert evaluation method.The data are processed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the management risk and construction risk are large,the economic risk is small,the material risk and the environmental risk are very small.According to the risk evaluation results of the reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing,this paper puts forward some risk countermeasures,such as improving the management system,strengthening the safety risk management,strengthening the awareness of schedule risk management,and formulating environmental control measures,which can effectively reduce the risk occurrence probability of the reconstruction project in former address of Xing Y Lian dehydration station in DaQing,further improve the quality and efficiency of the project work,so that it can achieve the project objectives satisfactorily.
