Research On Risk Management Of A Gas Station Reconstruction Project

With the continuous transformation and upgrading of gas stations in recent years,the frequent occurrence of risk accidents such as safety and quality of transformation projects,and the transformation of some gas stations without obtaining the legal procedures of the relevant government departments,etc.,make a series of problems caused by the transformation of gas stations attract social attention.In the meantime,everyone's environmental awareness and safety is gradually increasing.The possible risks of gas stations will directly affect people's life safety and quality of life,so it is imperative to transform the gas stations,and improve the project transformation risk management is a problem that every gas station should consider.In addition,the gas station connects the refined oil enterprises and customers,which is the window for the enterprises and customers to realize the transaction.Therefore,the development and management risk of the gas station become the focus of the various refined oil enterprises.In addition,in order to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition in the refined oil market,gas stations need to continuously strengthen the core competitiveness,which requires gas stations to carry out continuous transformation and upgrading to improve the market competitiveness and achieve long-term development?Under the background of the reconstruction project of gas station concerned by the society,taking a gas station as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of its risk management,then explains the reasons and specific process of the reconstruction of gas station in detail,discusses the risk management in the reconstruction process,and carries out the risk identification,evaluation and response.First of all,Delphi method is used to ask experts in the industry to fill in a questionnaire to identify and analyze the possible risk factors in the transformation project,and six categories of risks and 19 corresponding risk factors are obtained,including decision-making,safety,quality,construction period,technology,five broad categories of management risk and 16 corresponding risk factors The risk factors of a gas station are studied,and then the risk factors in the reconstruction of a gas station are evaluated by the order relation analysis method to judge their risk degree,and the fuzzy analysis model is established to obtain the weight coefficient of each risk factor for the reconstruction project of a gas station and the overall risk level of the project.Finally,according to the weight of the actual management risk evaluation,the risk factors are analyzed,and finally the risk prevention measures and solutions are confirmed,and the relevant risks are analyzed,prevented and responded in depth to ensure the smooth progress of the transformation project.
