TT oilfield,founded on December 28,1993,is the first onshore oil development joint-stock enterprise in China.It develops and manages three sets of oil deposits including Fuyu,Putaohua and Heidimiao,which are distributed in three counties and six towns including Zhaoyuan,Zhaozhou and Datong.It covers an area of 283 square kilometers,with proved geological reserves of 78.039 million tons and accumulative oil production of 5.87 million tons.At present,infrastructure construction enterprises in TT oilfield operate under the highly centralized planned economic system,and infrastructure project management has not been systematically upgraded to the theory and system of construction project management,and the project management is still not valued seriously.As the continuous decline of oil price in recent years,TT oil field is facing the pressure of autonomous operation.In order to be more sustainable,the project management of TT oilfield needs further research and improvement.First,starting from the research background of project management in Mao 503 block of TT oilfield,this paper introduces the content and methods of this study in combination with the research status at home and abroad.Second,this paper expounds the definition,main contents and related theories of project and project management.Third,this paper describes the general situation,characteristics and reconstruction project design of Mao 503 block of TT oilfield,and it introduces the current management status of the project.Fourth,according to the current situation of management in Mao 503 block of TT oilfield,this paper puts forward three problems,such as inadequate quality management,inadequate progress control and inadequate cost management.Finally,the problem of poor quality management should be solved by clarifying the responsibility of governance and strict quality management.The problem of inadequate progress control should be solved by the implementation of dynamic progress management and using advanced technology dynamic control.The problem of the cost control should be solved by strengthening the project cost control,strict material purchase and storage management measures.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the management of reconstruction project in Block Mao 503 of TT Oilfield,as well as for similar projects in the future.
