Risk Assessment Of A Gathering And Transportation Station In Daqing Oil Field

Oilfield gathering and transportation station has the characteristics of centralized equipment,harsh process conditions and strong production continuity.Most of the media involved have the characteristics of flammable,explosive and toxic hazardous chemicals,which is the focus of oilfield safety management.For a certain Daqing oil field gathering and transportation station,the identification of hazardous factors and major hazard sources were carried out,a list of risk data collection was formulated,the quantitative evaluation of the failure consequences of the main equipment was carried out,and the RBI study of the station equipment was carried out,based on the total risk and weighting The total risk was sorted by equipment risk to determine the key maintenance equipment.Studies have shown that the No.1 accident tank and No.2accident tank in the oilfield gathering and transportation station have constituted a major hazard source of Class IV hazardous chemicals;among the equipment in the station,2 accident tanks,3 high-pressure water injection lines,degreasers and equipment in the booster station are at greater risk,and the risk matrix indicates that the risk of accident tanks is unacceptable,and the risks of other equipment and pipelines are acceptable.It is recommended that the inspection period of accident tanks be 5 years.And developed the risk management software for oilfield stations,which provides technical support for the risk management of oilfield gathering and transportation station equipment.
