In the face of the fierce competition in the international environment,it is imperative to improve the comprehensive quality of the employees.Training is one of the most effective ways to improve the overall quality of employees which can make enterprises invincible in the fierce competitive environment.It can be seen that employee training can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.DQ Natural Gas Company is a comprehensive and specialized company that produces natural gas,processes natural gas integrates maintenance and inspection,stabilizes crude oil,stores,transports and sells natural gas,and integrates long-distance pipeline management,with the rapid development of the company in recent decades,it has also brought a lot of problems,such as the high turnover rate of employees and the lack of technical ability of grass-roots employees,which has resulted in the increase of the operating costs of the company,the long-term development of enterprises is also bound to be affected.The reason is that the staff training system is not mature,there are some problems that must be faced,the existing system can not meet the needs of the company's growing development.The main research object of this paper is the training system of DQ natural gas company.Through the analysis of the training system of DQ Natural Gas Company,this paper points out some problems existing in the training system of DQ Natural Gas Company at present,so as to design more suitable for the enterprise development of the optimization program.This article takes DQ Natural Gas Branch company training system as the research object,on the basis of the enterprise staff training theory,through the interview method,the literature search research method and so on,has analyzed the present situation of the natural gas branch staff training system,find out some problems existing in the company's training system,such as the company's senior leadership on the enterprise staff training,lack of awareness of their own training,training evaluation results are not ideal,training responsibilities unclear,lack of rigorous and effective training system.According to the analysis of this paper,the existing problems of the current training system of DQ natural gas branch company are classified,summarized and sorted out,optimize the training system based on the company's organizational structure,training process based on professional skills,on-the-job training based on the Sunshine Spirit,training effect evaluation,andgradually improve the quality of talent training in enterprises,continuously enhance the company's reputation and market competitiveness.At the same time,the optimized staff training system can also provide the corresponding reference and reference for the development of staff training in other companies,such as natural gas.
