Research On Improvement Of Quality Management System Of HW Yantai Company

With the rapid development of global economic integration,global trade has become more and more convenient,prompting people to gradually enhance their quality and brand awareness,and put forward higher requirements for the quality of enterprise products.As the leading company in the domestic cap manufacturing industry,HW Yantai Company faces higher requirements for bottle cap quality and production cost in the face of famous wine companies.It must continue to maintain its leading position in the fierce domestic and international market competition.The company's quality management level,deepen the quality awareness of all employees,and create an effective and continuous improvement of the quality management system to enhance the company's competitiveness.Based on the detailed investigation of HW Yantai Company,this paper makes a detailed investigation,analysis and review on the existing problems and causes of the quality management system of HW Yantai Company by using the methods of investigation,quality management tools and process combined with the company's current situation from three aspects:customer complaints,customer satisfaction and customer inspection.Starting from solving the practical problems existing in quality management of HW Yantai Company,following the seven principles of quality management and guided by PDCA cycle method,this paper readjusts and reorganizes the organizational structure and post responsibilities of the company's quality management system,clarifies the quality responsibilities of various departments,and redesigns the quality objectives on this basis;at the same time,the quality management body is redesigned.The process of customer identification,product quality monitoring,system document management and control,internal audit,quality management training and so on have been optimized to form a continuous improvement mechanism,and the implementation of quality management data statistics has also been improved.In order to ensure that the improvement measures can be implemented effectively and truly,the improvement strategies are put forward from three aspects:the exertion of leadership role,the formation of supervision mechanism based on PDCA cycle,and the creation of quality consciousness atmosphere for all staff,so as to ensure the continuous improvement of quality management system.Through the evaluation of the achievement of quality objectives,customer complaints,customer satisfaction,differences with industry standards,system audits,customer audits,and quality improvement,the results show that HW Yantai's quality management system improvement strategy is effective and practical.The effectiveness of its quality management system has been improved,which shows that the fundamental of quality management is to truly take the customer's needs as the starting point and pay attention to the basic work of quality management,that is,to implement effective supervision on product quality and process,and to improve execution.A benign improvement mechanism can be used to continuously improve the effectiveness and suitability of the quality management system.The purpose of this study is to improve the quality management of HW Yantai Company,to enhance the effectiveness of its quality management system and strengthen its market competitiveness.Through the system evaluation results,we can see that the effectiveness of the improved quality management system has been greatly improved,and the client evaluation and product quality have also been greatly improved,which directly reflects the effectiveness of a series of improvement measures implemented by HW Yantai Company.At the same time,it also provides valuable and practical reference for other capping enterprises and manufacturing industry to improve the quality management system.
